You may have PAID too MUCH!?
I noticed a change in my bookings and fees, and one or two clients mentioned a booking challenge.
I reached out to ‘support’ and GUESS WHAT! They auto-add a tip when you book! Apparently, it was a high-in-demand feature! And I can’t edit that feature!
You can edit it, take note of the TIP Boxes and choose $0. Its not as obvious on the phone.

Every time i see this I am now asking each client if they agreed or selected a Tip
If you notice that the fee is higher once you booked, email me back and Ill refund you the rounded-up amount.
