TRANSCRIPT

Once Upon a Time…

There was a time when we used to break bread literally with one another. This is our obsession with food now. I am told in this recent download. In our DNA and this may be backed up by science in fact and historians is trapped.

LOST COMMUNITIES

The knowledge that we once enjoyed eating together. It might have been 1 or 2 people in your locale. It may have been a giant family or all around a fire in a tribal group. We would await the food and then the preparation of it. It may have been often or not often enough, and in this we enjoyed sensations of our physical body being fueled and filled with it what it hungered. All day or days, our body would be in gratitude. And then we may pray for the sacrifice of possibly an animal for the hunters or maybe the gatherers as we sit with a more humble meal. On top of that, we would enjoy conversations. Leadership, connection. Philosophical conquests. Discussions about the past, the present, and the future. We would be amongst the youngest of young and the oldest of all.
