How do you know you are in a Dark Night of the Soul?

Experiencing a Dark Night of the Soul is a profound and challenging spiritual journey marked by intense inner struggles and existential questioning. Here are signs that you may be in a Dark Night of the Soul:

1. **Deep Despair:** Overwhelming feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and despair that extend beyond typical emotional lows.

2. **Loss of Meaning:** A pervasive sense of meaninglessness and questioning the purpose and value of life.
