PTSD-Body Mind and Soul, How to Transcend it, Use it as a Soul Ascenssion Tool
PTSD-This is a very common and sometimes overused term. When I am working with my clients I will look at their chart and I may notice mild or severe forms of PTSD. I can see this in their childhood, teenage years, adulthood, and past lives. Before they even communicate with me their story, I will tell them the story that I see and more often than not they are amazed in what I see, validate this and understand why this has actually continued to affect their lives. As in the old adage one says “once you realize there's a problem you're more than halfway to solving it.”
I look for Uranus in a chart and its connections to other parts of a client’s chart. ( our astrological birth chart is a snapshot of the sky STAR20 and SAVE
Body Trauma Support
Trauma based fear is uprooted in a multitude of ways during our lifetime. It can be on a daily basis, specifically through the adrenal glands. (Aries/mars), when we go into flight or fight mode. I will advise my client to do their own due diligence and look into adrenal fatigue, supplements ,and a nutritional approach to manage the effects on the body. Mind Trauma Support
Simply having a complete stranger, such as myself, share with you the deep soul meaning of your life's trauma is incredibly healing and confirming. This calms the mind into understanding that there is a deep and even meaningful reason for this. Furthermore one begins to observe their behavior moving forward, you begin to observe rather than judge yourself, the result is that you understand and nurture your inner child.
Using an NLP I also implement anchoring and reframing. Often we will use placeholders; these can be people, events, and places; such as your job for instance. Placeholders is a term I have coined for a ‘place’ where you anchor your trauma onto.

Once you realize what or whom has become your placeholder the healing begins. A placeholder can be your boss, your mother-in-law, your parents, your sister, your job, the grocery store, and the list goes on. Right now would be a great time to list five things in your life where you are triggered or who triggers you. You don't have to know what the trigger is you just note that when this happens or I'm around these people, I’m uncomfortable.
Soul Trauma Support
It is important to understand that this trauma is supporting your souls growth. It is healing not only your souls journey as well as inter-generational trauma from the past and also for the future. Knowing that it is not about the outer circumstance, yet it is more about the inner soul’s journey is easier said than done, remember to be patient and gentle with yourself, this work is a daily practice, like brushing your teeth or eating healthy.
Do bad habits heal the Body, mind, and Soul?
It’s true! We benefit from the temporary soothing effect of a poor habit. Examples of deficient habit are:
Emotions such as sadness, anger, irritability
Escape tactics
stonewalling
substance includes food
even ‘good habits’ can be such as exercise, dieting, working
workaholic
sleeping
overthinking
distraction
the list goes on
