Western astrology is great for understanding our personalities, our behaviour patterns, what motivates others within their personality, and what it reflects on us. It helps with timelines, and as a skilled astrologer, I help my clients utilize those future timelines as opportunities to let go of limiting beliefs, blocks that hold them back for them to succeed. This is what you may call predictive astrology. As Vedic astrology is very helpful and understanding all of the above, but in a strong relationship to karma and Dharma, and past lives, it doesn't focus so much on predictions as it does an understanding of your soul’s purpose so you can see how blending the two can be quite advantageous, which is what I do!

In summary, Rahu and Ketu in karmic astrology symbolize unresolved desires and spiritual lessons from past lives, shaping an individual's current life path and experiences.
